Charisse R. Lillie, Board Chairman
Charisse Lillie is a businesswoman, attorney and lecturer on issues of diversity, corporate social responsibility and corporate governance. She is CEO of CRL Consulting and has worked at Comcast Corporation, where she held numerous management roles including SVP of Human Resources, and Ballard Spahr, LLP, where she was partner in the Litigation Department. She holds positions on the Board of Directors for Penn Mutual Life Insurance Co. and Independence Health Group and is the former Board Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. In addition, she is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, The Pennsylvania Women’s Forum, the Forum of Executive Women, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and The Links, Inc.

About Maureen
Maureen Coyle joined the Pyramid Club in 1997 as the Club’s Membership Director. Prior to joining the Club, Maureen worked for Techni-Tool for five years as their Telemarketing Manager. She oversaw their Telemarketing and Mailing List departments, and created a Lead Qualifying Department as well as piloted an International Telemarketing Department. Prior to joining Techni-Tool, she was a Regional Recruiter for MetLife for five years. She was responsible for rebuilding their sales force that had been depleted as a result of their withdrawal from marketing auto insurance in PA.She began her career after attending Chestnut Hill College by working in their Admissions Office as an Admissions Counselor. Her position there was to recruit new students, to one of the few women’s colleges, during a period that challenged the value of an all-women’s institution. In 1987, she received her Master of Education.
